Our client is an award-winning, global marketing and medical communications agency with worldwide offices. They offer a broad range of services, engaging and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals on a range of topics including pre-launch medical communications, publication planning and ad boards, through to clinical trial communications such as investigator meetings and digital solutions. THE ROLE

Due to recent business wins there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Exhibitions Manager to come on board and ensure the business continues to offer and deliver exceptional and innovative exhibitions to their high profile client base.

Responsibilities include:

*Creating, planning and delivering a range of exhibitions
*Taking and interpreting the brief
*Proposal creation
*Leading on pitches for exhibition work
*Acting as the principal client interface - maintaining and managing client relationships
*Ensuring correct levels of resourcing across projects
*Overseeing and co-ordinating all content and messaging on the stands including interactive and digital elements
*Briefing and liaising with production, creative teams and internal departments
*Supplier, venue and stakeholder liaison
*Budget management and reconciliation
*Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven capability of delivering exhibitions and should ideally come from an agency or exhibition design and build company. Knowledge of technical and production processes for interactive details, video and digital collateral is imperative and candidates must be experienced at liaising with creative and design teams. Any exposure to exhibitions in the pharmaceutical sector would be ideal but is not essential for this role. In addition candidates should be familiar with managing large scale budgets and be confident at presenting to a senior level. Candidates must be client facing and have a flexible approach combined with the passion and drive to join of one the leading agencies! Candidates must be open to international travel as you will required to travel onsite for the events
