This is your opportunity to join a well established and exciting organisation delivering a range of large scale exhibition projects for premium clients!

THE COMPANY

Well established in the industry, this family owned exhibition design and build agency are recognised for delivering the highest quality work for their clients across a range of sectors from; aerospace to defence, pharmaceutical and energy. Working from bespoke stands ranging from 15sqm to over 1000sqm they provide not only exhibition stands but also temporary structures, conferences and experiential events for an impressive client list that stretches across the globe.

Due to continued growth they are now on the look out for a Project Manager to come on board to manage the delivery of their custom build projects from their Midlands based office.

THE ROLE

As Exhibition Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Taking the initial client brief
*End to end project management
*Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
*Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
*Managing operating plans including project schedules and design elements
*Adhering to health and safety regulations
*Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
*On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
*Delivering multiple projects simultaneously

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and delivering exhibition build projects from within an event agency or design & build company. Experienced candidates who are currently working in a project management capacity would be ideal however we will consider candidates who are at Project Coordinator/Assistant level and are looking for the next step in their career. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious individual with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
