THE ROLE
Due to their continued success they are now looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join their busy exhibitions team.
Responsibilities are broad and include:
*Providing excellent customer service including dealing with any issues
*Dealing with exhibitor queries via telephone and email
*Researching new ideas and processes to assist clients
*Working alongside in-house teams to assist with event materials
*Managing databases and logging exhibitor communication
*Providing consistent and timely reporting of projects
*Managing exhibitor lists and documents
*Providing office based support when the operations team are on-site
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a proven background in customer service and have a true passion for this. Candidates need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as superb organisational skills. Any language skills would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate to gain exposure within the exhibition industry whilst working amongst a fun-loving environment.
