Due to on-going success there is now a unique opportunity for a talented Festival Event Manager to come on board and lead across each of the agency's popular festivals.

THE ROLE

As Festival Event Manager you will need to be forward thinking, understanding the target market and implementing creative strategies to ensure the continuing success of each festival, ensuring an electric atmosphere time and time again!

Your role will be varied with key responsibilities including:

• Generating new concepts for upcoming projects

• Supplier management

• Co-ordinating with internal teams

• Completing pre site visits

• Working with sponsors/ partnerships

• Ticketing

• Liaising with local authorities

• Event staffing

• Overseeing a team

• Budget management

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates that have experience in delivering large scale festivals or outdoor events. Due to the complexity of each event, candidates must have a proven background of delivering multiple elements of an event at any one time. Experience of overseeing and leading teams would be highly desirable.

In return, you will become a key decision maker helping to drive and implement new ideas for each project, creating exceptional experiences.
