RMG15940 - We are looking for a freelance Senior Project Director to join a leading employee engagement agency and internal communications agency based in SW London.

THE AGENCY

This is a well-established engagement agency that specialise in creating live experiences, employee engagement communication programmes, internal communications events and roadshows internationally. This agencies work with a broad spectrum of clients across the insurance, retail, FMCG, financial, telecoms and pharma industries.

Using involvement and engagement techniques, they deliver effective live experiences and employee communication programmes and events to help bring to life and create behavioural change in line with business strategy, culture and brand.

Working within their close-knit team, they offer a innovative, creative and friendly working environment - they are a culture driven agency and have strong values. This role will be based full-time in the clients office in South West London, working 4/5 days per week.

THE ROLE

Due to a recent client win, they are now looking for a Freelance Senior Project Director to join their team and work a new client account. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivering employee engagement strategy and events and internal brand engagement events. This project involved is a company's brand manifesto worldwide throughout all employees via a series of roadshows in local languages.

Key responsibilities include;

• Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Being main point of client contact
• Understanding the clients business and needs
• Hosting workshops
• Strategic thinking and planning
• Leading and driving the engagement strategy and events
• Overseeing the team (a Project Manager and Producer)
• Managing the delivery of an international roadshow

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this freelance Senior Project Director role you must have extensive experience in delivering employee engagement events and solid experience in delivering multiple internal / employee events or roadshows. You will have strong client management skills teamed with attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop content and think strategically.
