THE COMPANY

This global events and production agency are famed for producing high end corporate events for well know brands - from conferences, incentives and exhibitions they cover every corner of the world and have recently opened new offices to broaden their global footprint. Services range from travel management to delegate registration as well as full event and production management for an enviable client list in a range of sectors!

Due to their ambitious growth plans and ongoing global strategy a newly created role has developed to support the Sales Director and really move the agency into another level.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Global Sales Director, the Global Account Manager's role is to nurture and develop a portfolio of their clients who are multi-national.

The role is new to the business and the broad scope will include:

* Being the central point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts
* Creating a strategic plan to grow those clients with a multi-national function
* Working closely with the delivery teams to ensure that SLAs are met with
* Ensuring that new clients are implemented smoothly into the agency
* Liaising with global leaders within the agency to maximise the offering
* Networking across global accounts to unearth new opportunities

Due to the clients being situated in international locations there will be some travel with the role.

THE CANDIDATE

If you are currently working within an account management function in an agency (events, production or travel) managing a range of clients with a multi-national reach then I am eager to speak to you. Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors will be considered as the right person is incredibly important. Proven experience of growing account revenue and working in the global space is imperative.
