THE ROLE

Due to continued business success there is now an opportunity for a Group Account Director to join their team.

Reporting directly into the MD you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and developing and growing a portfolio of accounts. A broad role responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and taking the lead across multiple key accounts

  • Devising a strategy for clients - gaining a deep understanding of their business

  • Really understanding what the client is trying to achieve and advising on creative and production

  • Preparing and presenting proposals and new solutions to clients

  • Briefing (and working closely with) internal teams including creative and production

  • Proactively developing relationships and revenue across the accounts

  • Managing the overall account commercials

  • Ensuring operational delivery and managing the client relationship throughout

  • On site management when required

  • Managing and developing a team of Account Managers

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be client facing and have a proven background of managing and developing accounts, as well as pitching for business. Candidates must come from an agency background and be used to briefing and liaising with in-house teams. Knowledge of production and creative is essential as is experience of working with technology clients.
