Great opportunity for a senior business development manager / director to join one of the coolest agencies around in a newly created Head of Business Development Role!

This creative comms agency is one of the leading brand experience agencies in the UK who deliver a host of projects including live events, brand activations, internal communications, experiential marketing and employee engagement to name but a few! With continued success and development across their broad portfolio of clients covering sectors within the retail, automotive and financial services this agency is going from strength to strength!

THE ROLE

Due to some exciting new growth plans we are now recruiting a brand new role in the business for a real self starter - someone who can set the new business strategy and make it happen!

Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership teams the role is fairly senior and will involve:

* Scoping out a new business strategy
* Identifying lucrative target markets
* Generating, researching and nurturing new leads
* Following up leads by calling prospects
* Securing face to face meetings with key stakeholders
* Unearthing briefs for the agency to deliver
* Presenting the credentials of the agency
* Pitching for new business with the Directors
* Working with Account Directors to help grow new business
* Setting and achieving new business targets
* Maximising opportunities in current and new sectors

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a fantastic proven track record in sales and developing clients in an agency environment with a passion for live events and communications. As a brand new and exciting opportunity that is newly created you have the chance to really make your mark in this great agency!
