THE COMPANY
This creative agency is one of the leading brand experience agencies in the UK, creating and delivering a host of projects including live events, brand activations, internal communications, experiential marketing and employee engagement to name but a few!

Throughout Covid they adapted and thrived, winning new clients and growing existing relationships. Now with the return of live events they have never been busier, delivering outstanding work for clients across retail, automotive, legal and tech to name a few.

THE ROLE
Whilst you'll be involved in the big pitches, and take particular interest in some of the more complex projects, this isn't a hands on delivery role. The Head of Event Production will use their experience to grow the production team and have the understanding and oversight to ensure it is operating at the highest level at all times, including:

- Training, developing and growing the production team
- Resourcing new and ongoing projects
- Developing the agencies overall production offer
- Having an overview of all work running through the department
- Overall department budget management
- Part of creative pitch meetings
- Implementing systems and procedures to ensure best practice
- Working closely with other HoD's
- Supplier selection and management

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have experience working within a true production agency environment at a senior level. Management of people is a must have, as is the understanding of how to delivery each element of large scale creative production projects across both corporate and experiential.
