THE ROLE

Due to their on-going expansion, there is now an opportunity for a Hire Project Manager to join their close knit and supportive team. A hybrid role, the ideal candidate will work with the client from their initial AV Hire enquiry through to the day of their event. A broad role responsibilities will include;

* Taking and interpreting client briefs
* Client liaison and management
* Providing quotations
* Create jobs using Hiretrack
* Finalising technical details and schedules
* Budget management
* Liaising with the warehouse to ensure kit is available
* Upselling of equipment
* Attending site visits when required
* Booking equipment from external suppliers when necessary
* Working with in-house teams to coordinate jobs
* Generate and update risk assessments and method statements
* Managing transport

THE CANDIDATE

This role would be ideal for a candidate coming from a hire background with extensive knowledge of lighting and / or video. Project Managers from AV companies would also be considered. Candidates must have strong client facing skills and previous experience of providing quotations.
