THE ROLE

Due to their on-going and successful new business strategy and some exciting new client wins; we are now recruiting for a new Project Manager to be based at the agency and client offices. Events delivered will be varied and the role of Project Manager will focus on the end to end delivery.

The role will cover:

*Working with the client from brief stage
*Liaising with internal teams including venue finding
*Contracting and negotiating with venues and suppliers
*Budget management and reconciliation
*Managing 3rd party suppliers
*Ensuring smooth delegate registration process
*Overseeing a Project Executive
*Continuous client management and updates
*On-site event management (international travel)

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be working either within an agency delivering pharmaceutical events ideally including congress attendance & stand alone events, or within an in-house pharma client team where you will be able to demonstrate full project management of a range of events.

With an understanding of the compliance surrounding the industry including ABPI and European compliance within pharma, you will be passionate about delivering high profile events for some of the top names in the industry and keen to develop your career with a great agency!
