A brilliant new role for an experienced Event Manager looking for the next challenge in their career!

THE COMPANY

This is a great new opportunity to join a motivated events team and deliver quality projects for a renowned financial client. Working alongside various stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing multiple contacts and deliver high class events across the globe such as conferences, golfing days, dinners and exhibitions.

THE ROLE

Based within their Central London office you will have responsibility for event delivery from conception to completion. The role will encompass:

  • Planning and delivering a range of events across the year

  • Stakeholder management

  • Full event logistics including delegate registration

  • Overseeing content for exhibition stands

  • Budget management and reconciliation

  • Negotiating with suppliers

  • Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events end to end and ideally have had experience of working on international projects. Exposure to delivering events within the financial sector would be high desirable. Experience in delivering conferences and/ or exhibitions would also be highly desirable. Proven experience of managing and reconciling budgets is essential, as is a great eye for detail.
