MANCHESTER/ HOME WORKING: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Account Manager to join a dynamic and forward thinking event staffing and performance company based in the heart of Manchester.

THE COMPANY

This leading agency work globally on a number of trade and exhibition shows offering their clients expert advice and staffing solutions for a number of projects. You will be working with a close team to support client projects at international trade show exhibition and live marketing events by assisting with business development, marketing, social selling, incoming sales enquiries, recruitment, account management and booking processes.

Now looking to grow their team by recruiting a Junior Account Manager, you will be supporting with taking initial client enquiries, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery of their projects whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service.

THE ROLE

As Junior Account Manager your duties will include;

* Managing incoming enquiries

* Assisting with client briefs

* Promoting the companies services to any prospect clients

* Dealing with any pre event preparation

* Supporting with the recruitment of temporary staffing

* Reviewing applications and conducting interviews

* Utilising the opportunity to upsell company services to new and existing clients

* Supporting with company strategy, planning and the development of new business

* Pre-event preparation and communication with clients and promotion talent

* Invoicing and managing staff & supplier payments

* Supporting the talent recruitment by conducting talent interviews and reviewing applications

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate must have experience of working in an events or marketing role preferably within an agency capacity. A keen interest in business, marketing or events is essential.
