Well known for their renowned venue knowledge and bespoke venue finding services, they also offer corporate event management services and design and delivery of creative seasonal parties for corporate hospitality across a wide range of blue chip clients.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join their team. Working mainly on their key accounts you will work closely with other members of the team to deliver a busy calendar of corporate events. You will ideally have strong knowledge of prestigious venues in London and surrounding areas.

The range of duties will include:

Acting as a main point of client contact
Management of events from conception to completion
Taking and negotiating client briefs
Upselling and cross selling the services of the agency
Sourcing venues including rate negotiation
Putting together client facing proposals
Preparing budgets and managing the financial process
Managing external supplier relationships
Attending venue show arounds, site visits and FAM trips
Creating onsite documentation
Providing onsite management where required

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the Junior Account Manager position you must have event management or venue finding experience from an agency environment. Candidates must have managed budgets, previously been in a client facing role and have the ability to think on their feet. A confident and driven attitude with a proven ambition to develop your career within the events industry is essential whilst a strong knowledge of London venues would be advantageous.
