THE COMPANY
This leading media business has a huge presence in the financial services market, delivering global events and owning various media platforms. They are now looking to expand their marketing team and find a Content Executive / Junior Copywriter.
Having recently launched a worldwide media publication across both online and offline platforms, this is becoming a huge networking platform for financial professionals, corporate borrowers and institutional investors.
With the wider team delivering some of the best financial and investment events in the world, across 4 continents - you will be surrounded by some of the most experienced and intellectual individuals!
THE ROLE
The marketing team is now looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience as a Content Executive, Junior Copywriter, Journalist or Reporter!
Your priority will be sourcing, investigating and writing news stories, features and news analysis across online and offline platforms in the financial sector.
General responsibilities will vary but will include:
Writing in depth content for various platforms
Updating websites and sharing content across social media
Keeping up to date with industry news
Interviewing relevant industry figures
Developing and maintaining relevant contacts
Meeting tight article deadlines
Attending and reporting on events
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong written/verbal communication
Previous experience as a Content Executive, Junior Copywriter or Junior Reporter!
Ability to work to tight deadlines and produce high volumes of content
Ability to manage website and social media content (ideal)
A Journalism, Finance/Economics degree (ideal)
Spanish or Russian speaker would be a bonus!
