THE ROLE

Due to continued success on one of their long standing prestigious accounts they are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to come on board and support on their global incentive programme.

Being involved on such a large scale and complex event this role is particularly broad and includes:

*Supporting with complex logistics including international travel and accommodation booking
*Delegate registration management
*Working on unique and creative ground programmes
*Working closely with internal design and production teams
*Supplier and DMC liaison and negotiation
*Multi currency budget management and cost tracking
*Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background of working on incentives or international conferences with strong logistical experience. Supporting on international events and experience of working with suppliers and DMC's internationally is essential. Candidates must be accustomed to working with internal teams and across multiple work streams.
