THE ROLE

As their reputation continues to grow – with new and existing clients choosing this incredible agency to design and deliver their events, there is now the opportunity for a production focussed individual who has a passion for all things unique to join their team.  With a huge focus on audience engagement for both virtual and live events, this role will sit within the creative team where you will be involved in the planning and delivery of events from a production perspective – including innovative interactive elements and experiences for large scale, high profile virtual and live events.

Key skills for this role include:

•          Assisting with all elements of event creative production

•          Project scheduling and coordination

•          Supporting across multiple projects

•          Working with internal teams including creative, logistics and digital

•          Sourcing and liaising with suppliers

•          Attending site visits across the globe

•          Preparing onsite schedules, crew sheets, running orders

•          Managing freelance team and AV suppliers

•          Putting together speaker briefing documents

•          Managing rig & de-rig of events on site

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience working in an agency environment where they will have had exposure to production elements of events. The ideal candidate will have a clear drive to succeed and progress their career further within the events industry.
