The company
An integrated events agency delivering impactful production, technical support, set build and creative design services to a broad range of clients. Amongst their production capabilities this events agency also offer video, digital and further design services to their well-established client base.
Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from small conferences to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to multi-location road shows and experiential events; working both in the UK and Internationally.
The role
We are now looking a Junior Technical Production Manager to join the team to support the production team with the technical delivery of events.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving and interpreting client briefs
• Coordinating all technical aspects
• Briefing onsite crew and freelancers
• Budget management
• Overseeing job prep internally
• Preparing technical plans including CAD plans
• Creating crewing and equipment lists
• Conducting site visits
The candidate
The successful applicant will be supported in all elements of their role and training will be provided where necessary however you must have 2-3 years’ experience within the events sector with a basic understanding of AV disciplines.
