RMG15587 - We are looking for an Events Logistics Manager to play a pivotal role in a leading events agency and support on the delivery of an exciting range of events!

THE AGENCY

This is one of the most highly regarded creative event agencies that offer services including full event logistics, production, content, video and creative for a truly global client base across automotive, FMCG, financial and technology sectors.

This agency have won a host of awards and built an outstanding reputation for pushing creative and innovation into their live events (and production capabilities!). They produce and deliver conferences, award ceremonies, dealer events, outdoor events, live events and experiential roadshows throughout the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Due to a busy portfolio of events, and new clients coming on-board this agency are now looking to expand their team with a Logistics Manager. This is a key role within the agency where you play a key role in managing the full logistics of events from brief through to delivery.

Key responsibilities for this Logistics Manager role includes;

  • Managing and building client relationships
  • Taking full responsibility of events from brief, pitch and through to delivery
  • Delegate management and registration
  • Venue sourcing and management
  • Transport and logistics managements
  • Managing and reporting on budgets
  • Sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers (DMC's, venues, hotels and caterers)
  • On-site management at events in the UK and internationally.

To be considered for this Logistics Manager role you must have a proven track record as a Logistics Manager or Senior Events Manager, from within an agency environment. It is important that you can demonstrate experience where you have managed events from start to finish with full logistics and budget management.
