There is now the fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Manager to come on board and deliver across a portfolio of unique events for a key automotive client.

THE ROLE

As Logistics Manager, you must be confident client facing as you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong client relationships across this exciting account. Alongside this, you will take the lead on a range of international projects including product launches, press launches, conferences, dealer events and ride & drives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client management

• Interpreting client briefs and developing proposals

• Coordinating with internal teams

• End- end event logistics

• Supplier management and negotiating rates

• Managing travel logistics

• On-site management

• Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate needs to have a strong logistical background within an agency environment. Any exposure of working with automotive accounts would be ideal but not essential. This particular account has been long standing with the agency and so candidates must be confident client facing to ensure continued development. Any exposure of delivering events overseas would also be highly desirable.
