THE ROLE
Due to continued business success they are now looking for a Membership Services Manager to head up their Membership Services Team and drive and analyse membership. A broad role responsibilities include:
*Ensuring membership retention and growth
*Overall management of the internal database
*Supporting the delivery of new member acquisition (including upgrades)
*Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
*Providing accurate business intelligence to allow effective decision making
*Providing operational support to the organisation
*Monitoring processes and systems and adapting these internally if necessary
*Ensuring communication to both members and stakeholders
*Line management and development of the team
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a proven background in data management and analysis and be confident and experienced in management reporting. A strong background and understanding of customer service and the management of this is key! A proven background in line management is essential and candidates must have managed and developed teams previously. Any experience of working within a membership organisation previously would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
