This well-established and highly successful global brand communications and events agency that specialise in events, experiential, media, digital and creative for a wide range of clients across the automotive, technology and pharmaceutical industry.

Working with global clients they delivery a huge volume of B2B and B2C events worldwide including conferences, meetings, seminars, live events and experiential events - ranging from 20 delegates through to 2,000 delegates.

With offices around the globe, this agency has an outstanding reputation and credentials in the US and launches their UK office over three years ago. Based in their London office you will work within a close-knit team, where you can really make this role you own!


This agency are looking for a New Business Director to join their team in London where you will play a key role in leading on driving new business for the agency - driving their presence in the UK and European markets. This is a sales role where you will be responsible for cold calling, driving new, chasing and pursuing leads and bringing in new business.

As a New Business Director you will be responsible for;

  • Working with the MD to outline the sales plan and sales strategy
  • Researching prospects and industries
  • Creating new business leads within the agreed sectors
  • Developing and maintaining an prospect list (Salesforce)
  • Pursuing leads
  • Cold calling
  • Networking within the industry
  • Securing pitch opportunities
  • Putting together presentations and credentials and pitching for new business
  • Working with the Event Producer to help organically grow the new accounts


To be considered for this New Business Director role you must have a proven long-term role within sales - ideally working within the events, experiential or production industry. We are looking for experiences New Business Directors / Sales Directors that are commercially focused, are comfortable with cold calling and presenting to new clients, as well as somebody that is well-networked.

This is a crucial role within this agency, and the successful candidate will play a lead role in the growth of the agency moving forward.
