THE ROLE

With continued success within the agency there is now an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join their production team. As an Operations Coordinator you will support the team in ensuring the smooth delivery of events from initial brief through to delivery, providing support for the production and event logistics team, arranging kit, crewing transport and travel.

Whilst this is on a one-year contract initially, there is a strong possibility of the role being made permanent.

The Operations Coordinator role is broad and includes;

  • Reporting into the Operations Director and working within the operations team

  • Providing support internally to both production and events teams

  • Adding and updating jobs onto their system

  • Sourcing venues

  • Putting together quotations

  • Booking travel and accommodation for staff

  • Sourcing and booking freelancers as well as managing the freelance database

  • Managing the logistics of kit and crew

  • Raising PO's and invoicing

  • Providing administrative support across the department

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Operations Coordinator role you must have at least one years experience within the events industry - from within an production / events agency or a AV company. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with the ambition and drive to progress their career within events and have a can do attitude to join this well respected company.
