Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a German Speaking Operations Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for assisting the delivery on a portfolio of conferences and exhibitions across the year.
A broad role, responsibilities will include:
- Working with senior team members to clarify event briefs
- Manage speaker accommodation, logistics and requests
- Liaison with contractors, supplier, venues, show teams and exhibitors
- Create and prof read event collateral
- Manage the speakers, AV technical team and speaker lounge onsite at events
- Assist with managing and maintaining floor plans
- On site event support
Candidates must be a fluent German speaker and have similar experience gained from working within an event environment. The role calls for a client facing individual who has strong organisational skills.
