Due to ongoing success this production agency is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team. In this role you with be working on a number of projects at any one time, working closely with the Project Managers and warehouse team, as well as arranging the event logistics for up and coming events.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with the Project Managers and warehouse team
* Organising crew logistics
* Processing dry hires
* Creating timelines and schedules
* Liaising with the internal teams
* Working with external suppliers
* Organising trucking and transport
* Working to tight schedules
To be considered for this Operations Coordinator position, you must have proven experience of working within an events logistical role ideally for an event, production or AV company. Candidates must be enthusiastic and have a confident manner as well as being able to work within a pressured and fast paced environment.
