THE ROLE

Due to ongoing success there is now an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to come on board and manage a team, ensuring their high standards of creatively and delivery are maintained.

A broad role your responsibilities will include:

• Being involved in the strategic planning of the business

• Line management and development of a team including conducting appraisals

• Recruitment into the team

• Daily management including resolving issues and leading internal meetings

• Ensuring operational delivery including resource allocation for delivery and pitch documents

• Leading on pitches when required

• Managing freelance resource

• Managing SLA's and processes across the board

• Supplier selection and management

• Financial management including budget sign off for projects

• Ensuing the company is represented at networking events and trade shows

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come from either an event or production agency and be experienced at operating at a senior level, having had responsibility for leading and managing a team previously. Candidates will also have had experience of financial planning, management and reporting coupled with a strong delivery background. Candidates must have a proven background in managing and developing relationships and a solid understanding of production and delivery!
