With in-house services including creative, design and production they deliver a range of projects across brand strategy and design including exhibitions, branded environments and event technology through to live events and experiential marketing campaigns. Working across a range of sectors including aerospace, media and technology to name a few they work on a truly global basis, delivering projects across the UK, Europe and further afield.
Working within their offices, which are commutable from Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Middlesex, you will be given the chance to work within a creative environment, within a friendly, close-knit and sociable team.
THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth and the win of a large account there is now an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to come on board. Working specifically across one of their largest accounts this a broad role which includes:
Managing delivery across the board for the account
Managing the client relationship and communications
Being involved in the strategic planning of the account
Resource planning and project allocation
Inputting into proposals or live projects where necessary
Daily management including resolving issues and leading internal meetings
Ensuring delivery and process across the teams
Ensuring SLA's and margins are maintained
Supplier management and negotiation
Financial management including budget sign off for projects
Management and development of a team on a project basis
Managing freelance resource
Onsite management including overseeing set up and break down of projects
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must come from either an event, production or brand agency and be experienced at operating at a senior level. Candidates must be client facing and have an operational background, having managed and delivered large scale exhibitions / brand events on an international scale. Candidates will also have had experience of financial planning, management and reporting coupled a proven background in managing and developing relationships!
Candidates must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast growing creative agency.
