THE COMPANY

Partnering with some of the most iconic seasonal events and visitor attractions, this forward thinking event supplier offer some of the best photographic and technical solutions to major blue chip companies and events across the globe. With over 25 years of experience they are specialists within their field and provide a full end to end service for their clients. Whether this be a short term project or a fixed installation their custom solutions and integrated software have helped to build their fantastic reputation within the business.

They are now seeking an Operations Executive to join their team and be involved in one of their most prestigious events.

THE ROLE

As Operations Executive you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of their services across this incredibly exciting project.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Managing the successful service delivery for this prestigious event
*Developing key client relationships
*Acting as a link between head office and onsite operations
*Working with a commercial focus to increase revenue and ensure profitability
*Organising full day to day operations
*Recruiting, training, briefing and scheduling staff
*Coordinating stock management and logistics
*Implementing health & safety processes where required
*Ensuring guest experience is second to none
*Line managing a team of onsite Photo Managers and their teams

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will ideally be from an event supplier, venue supplier or visitor attraction background. It is essential that candidates have exceptionally strong organisation skills, are confident in a customer/client facing role and are proven to be commercially driven within their current position. We are also only looking for candidates who are willing to work unsociable hours as this is a key requirement for the role. Whilst we will consider Southampton based candidates you will be required to be based in London for the duration of the contract (accommodation will be arranged).
