THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Operations Executive to join the team!

Providing support with the end-to-end logistics of two shows, your main responsibilities will include:

* Assisting the Operations Manager with the full operation and organisation of each show
* Sourcing suppliers for different elements of the show delivery
* Organising and coordinating registration, hostesses, transfers and furniture
* Arranging onsite delivery of suppliers, staff and participants
* On-site attendance and site visits
* Maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers through regular communication

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience within an events company, ideally with some exposure to exhibitions, in a similar role whilst encompassing a passion for the world of travel and creative events!
