We are looking for an Event Operations Manager to join this fun and friendly events business!

THE COMPANY

Our client plans and delivers a range outdoor activities, team building and corporate events throughout the UK.

With bags of energy and a dedicated teams of event professionals their events range from conferences and prop hire to full event production.

THE ROLE

We are now looking for an ambitious event Operations Manager to assist in the day to day production of events.

Working closely with the Development Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the company, from working on the strategy / structure / budgets of the business through to overseeing the daily delivery of all operational elements, including;

Overseeing warehouse operations

Ability to maximise efficiency within the operations team, utilising all kit, crew and vehicles - before external suppliers are used

Managing and controlling departmental expenditure

Health and Safety

Ensuring operational delivery including resource allocation for delivery and pitch documents

Managing freelance resource

General office duties and providing administration support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have an events background, be highly organised and able to juggle many projects at one time.
