Specialising in the design and production of all things print, from large format graphics, signage, leaflets and packaging to POS, direct mail, menus and more!
Producing cutting edge visual results, they are at the forefront of digital print technology! With a talented in house creative team, they really are breaking the boundaries when it comes to bespoke print.
THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, this agency is now looking for an Account Manager that shares their creativity and personality! Working within the Client Services team, this Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the sales team to manage new clients
- Building client relationships and thoroughly understanding their needs
- Relaying the brief to the creative studio
- Liaising with the Project Managers that manage the external suppliers
- Ensuring the projects are being delivered on time and to brief
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing business
THE IDEAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Personality is particularly key for this Account Manager! They need to have the confidence to manage a portfolio of clients on a day to day basis. Other skills/experience may include:
- Exposure to the design and manufacturing of small and large format print
- Experience managing clients or customers
- The ability to multi task
- A friendly and personable character
Account Executives looking to step up in their role will also be considered.
