THE ROLE
Due to an increase in business and growing client demand there is now an opportunity for an experienced Producer to join their dedicated team!
Working alongside in-house teams, including production and creative, the role is broad and covers every aspect from the moment the brief arrives through to watching it all come together on site including:
*Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business
*Driving the overall agency creative response
*Leading the internal design, digital, creative and production teams
*Leading the client pitch
*Overseeing all areas of delivery - ensuring it always meets the brief
*Acting as the central point of client contact and developing relationships
*Managing content production and preparing production schedules
*Speaker coaching
*Supplier liaison and management
*Preparing and managing budgets
*On site management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Producer within an agency and be familiar with taking and interpreting briefs. Experience of driving the creative response and working with internal teams is essential as is a creative flair and a passion for working on a broad spectrum of events. Candidates must be commercially focused and have proven experience in managing budgets and pitching for business.
