THE COMPANY
Our client is an integrated agency famous for their on-trade activation and experiential event execution, with in-house expertise in all below the line marketing functions.
There is now the fantastic opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join their team and work with some high profile drinks brands across a number of exciting B2C campaigns.
THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success we are now looking for an event Production Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing team.
Assisting the team with the preparation and running of projects the role of the Production Coordinator is broad, and covers almost every aspect of event creative and delivery from the moment the brief arrives through to watching it all come together on site including;
* Liaising with internal event, production and design teams
* Liaising with suppliers
* Supporting with logistics
* Assisting in proposal generation
* Production scheduling / planning
* Onsite support
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have gained some production experience but most importantly will have the drive and passion to expand on their production experience and really get stuck in the variety of projects.
With a keen eye for detail and fantastic communication skills, you will also be very project focused and able to juggle many things at once.
