THE ROLE
With continued success within the agency there is now an opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join their production team. As a Production Coordinator you will support the team in ensuring the smooth delivery of events from initial brief through to delivery - this is a busy and fast paced environment where no to roles will be the same!
The Production Coordinator role is broad and includes;
*Supporting the Production, Events and Operations teams
*Working on client briefs and providing ideas
*Updating production schedule
*Sourcing venues
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Sourcing and booking freelancers
*Attending events and providing support on-site
*Providing administrative support across the department
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Production Coordinator role you must have at least one years experience within the events industry - from within an production / events agency or a AV company. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with the ambition and drive to progress their career within events and have a can do attitude to join this well respected company.
