Due to their on-going success there is now an exciting opportunity for a Production Executive to come on board and support across both across the events and production departments. Working within a thriving fast paced environment no two days will be the same!

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting across the board with a range of projects

  • Working on client briefs and providing ideas including supporting with research for proposals

  • Working closely with internal teams

  • Preparation of onsite materials (including booking uniforms and staff accommodation)

  • Supplier liaison

  • Attending project meetings

  • Working with and updating schedules

  • Ensuring communication with the Project Director and clients throughout the project

  • Assisting and working with budgets

  • Onsite support


To be considered for this role you must have had exposure to the events industry be this from an event logistics or production background. Any exposure of working in an agency environment would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must have strong administration and organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
