This experiential and exhibition production company, are expanding their team and now is the time to join! With lots of new business coming their way, they are looking for Production Executive to join their well-established team on a contract to perm basis.


THE COMPANY

Whether it's an ice cave, festival activation, exhibition or something in between this team has been there and made it happen. Working across a range of unusually complex and technology savvy events and installations this exciting agency works with some of the world's biggest brands. With their own in house creative, onsite workshop and team of production specialists they work directly with end clients as well as agencies, taking each project from concept through to on site delivery and build.

Working with high profile brands and with new and challenging projects coming through the door every day - no two days are ever the same in this agency!

THE ROLE

Due to continued success and an incredibly busy upcoming calendar of projects, there is now the opportunity for Production Executive to come on board and support the team on a range of build projects. This is an initial 3 month contract with a very high likelihood of turning permanent.

A broad role, responsibilities will include:

*Pre-event, on-site and post-event support to the event team
*Organising collections and deliveries from clients and suppliers
*Producing risk assessments and method statements for installations
*Supporting with on-site set up and installation of displays and graphics
*Providing general assistance to the wider team on-site as required
*Assisting with the de-rig of events and return of display materials
*Managing the storage of event materials and collateral
*Overseeing general ad hoc maintenance of kit and equipment

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, practically minded all-rounder looking for an exciting, busy and challenging role - no two days will ever be the same! We are looking for candidates who have an insight into the events sector preferably from an event degree or some direct hands on onsite event experience. Holding a driver's license and owning a car is a necessity for this position.

If you are a team player with a proven track record in delivering all aspects of support for experiential/event projects and will be equally comfortable working as part of the team on-site then we need you.
