THE COMPANY

This is an exciting opportunity to be based within a well known, large scale venue! The space is versatile to incorporate their unique range of events including film premiers, experiential campaigns, album launches and music events for a broad range of brands!

Due to on-going success, they are now on the look out for a talented Production Manager to join their team. Not only does this role offer fantastic scope for progression and brilliant benefits to match, it also will provide you with the chance to deliver a variation of projects, where no 2 days are ever the same!

THE ROLE

As Production Manager you will lead across the full event production, working closely with internal teams from concept through to delivery the role will involve;

• Meeting with clients and conducting site visits

• Understanding their technical requirements and advising on AV kit

• Negotiating rates and putting together quotes

• Advising in materials and finishing methods

• Outsourcing AV kit when required

• Booking in and scheduling freelance crew

• Working with the technical team on site

• Assisting with rigging and de-rigging of events

• Managing budgets from initial pitch through to final reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates need to be confident client facing and have a background either within a production or design and build agency. What is key is the proven capability to deliver across a variation of structures and the ability to advise on technical requirements and specific materials. Knowledge AutoCAD is key, as is strong communication skills.
