Looking for an opportunity to work on a large portfolio of events for a creative production agency in Central London?

THE COMPANY

Delivering a range of bespoke and creative events including corporate parties, awards ceremonies, product launches, conferences and exhibitions, this agency have become renowned for producing spectacular projects. With their ongoing success they have established a fantastic client base full to the brim of blue chip clients.

Now on the lookout for a talented Production Manager to join their team, you will have a pivotal role within the agency. Liaising with AV, design, theming and entertainment services in house, you will be responsible in delivering outstanding and memorable events; managing the client relationship and event budget from initial enquiry all the way through to delivery.

THE ROLE

Your role will be exciting and varied, with key responsibilities including:

Client liaison and managing client relationships
Delivering the production of events from initial concept through to completion
Taking and interpreting briefs
Providing proposals and costings
Technical specifications, advising on equipment
Working alongside internal teams
Scheduling freelance crew
Outsourcing additional AV kit when required
Overseeing an onsite team
On site delivery
Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of all AV disciplines and experience in taking ownership across a variety of events. Candidates must be confident client facing and have the ability to manage large production budgets with the ability to think outside the box and cross sell the services of internal departments.
