THE ROLE

We are now seeking a Production Manager to come on board and to be part of a team that translates conceptual brand experience designs to flawlessly produced live executions. To manage all production stages of campaigns from conception to delivery including budgeting, scheduling, sourcing and supplier management, technical management, logistics and staffing.

Key duties will include:

* Taking the lead on all technical elements of high value projects
* Managing production budgets
* Attending client pitches
* Liaising with third-party suppliers
* Conducting site inspections
* Following production schedules
* Confidently producing technical specifications and CAD plans
* Writing risk assessments
* Ensuring all health and safety policies are adhered to
* Continuing to oversee the production build on-site

In short you are responsible for making sure that the jobs get done on time, to the client's expectations and within budget!

THE CANDIDATE

This role would be ideal for either a Production Manager within an agency environment, or an AV Project Manager within an AV rental company, who are looking to broaden their skills and experience within a rewarding business.
