Due to their on-going success there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to come on board and help grow and shape the department. Working alongside the Production Director, and with an experienced in house events team you will be responsible for the production of a variety of events from product launches and incentives through to conferences and exhibitions.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Working closely with the Production Director on content, structure and best practice

  • Working on pitch documents and proposals

  • Managing and developing relationships

  • Briefing internal and external departments including creative and production

  • Working closely with the internal events team

  • Overseeing delivery and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget

  • Preparing production schedules (including H&S documentation)

  • Managing production logistics

  • Overseeing supplier and freelance staff (including onsite management)

  • Budget management

  • On-site management both in the UK and internationally




The ideal candidate will have production experience gained ideally within an agency or AV company and a proven background of managing production for B2B and B2C events including conferences, exhibitions and experiential projects. Candidates must have exposure to both UK and international projects (ideally across a range of sectors) and be used to running multiple project concurrently.
