Due to their on going success, they now have the opportunity for a Production Operations Lead to come on board and manage the communications between the production team and other teams! You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects, working with clients predominantly in the healthcare sector. Projects will vary from product launches, conferences through to large scale congresses.

THE ROLE

As you will be key point of contact between all teams, this role is critical to smooth running within the agency.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Key point of contact across internals teams

• Key involvement in key client briefs

• Develop and implement training procedures across departments

• Managing supplier base

• Booking of freelance staff

• Ownership of own projects

• Budget management

• Implement Health and Safety compliances

• Resource allocation to team members and freelance staff.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate needs to be working at a similar capacity ideally within an agency environment. This is a fast paced environment and so candidates must be highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to oversee a team. This is a hands on role and you have ownership of your projects and so candidates must be able to demonstrate this skill set.
