THE COMPANY

Whether it's an ice cave, festival activation, exhibition or something in between this team has been there and made it happen. Working across a range of unusually complex and technology savvy events and installations this exciting agency works with some of the worlds biggest brands. With their own in house creative, onsite workshop and team of production specialists they work directly with end clients as well as agencies, taking each project from concept through to on site delivery and build.

Working with high profile brands and with new and challenging projects coming through the door every day - no two days are ever the same in this agency!

THE ROLE

Due to continued success and new business wins, there is now the opportunity for a Project / Production Manager to come on board and take the lead on a range of build projects.

A broad role responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and interpreting briefs

  • Assessing the best manufacturing and production techniques including costings

  • Advising clients on materials and finishing methods

  • Client management including communicating project timelines

  • Project management

  • Supplier liaison and management

  • Liaising with internal teams including briefing CAD Designers

  • Working closely with the warehouse and workshop manager

  • Budget management

  • Onsite management including overseeing larger installations

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have proven capabilities in project management and a strong understanding of production design and build. Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds including production agencies, design and build agencies, theatre design or prop manufacturing as long as they have had exposure to managing build projects, be that for experiential events, venue based structures or shop fit outs. Candidates must have knowledge of manufacturing, construction and finishing methods and ideally a basic ability to use / view CAD. Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal design and creative teams as well as co-ordinating with internal build teams. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
