THE ROLE
This exciting and growing agency is now looking for a Project Assistant to join their team. As a Project Assistant you will work within the project teams and support the Head of Projects and Project Manager across the full project portfolio, for a range of exciting clients.
Key responsibilities of a Project Assistant include;
Supporting the Projects team and wider agency
Attending internal and external meetings
Putting together project costings and timeframes
Liaising with suppliers
Maintaining project documentation
Raising purchase orders
General administrative support#
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Project Assistant role, you must have at least one years experience within a design agency or POS manufacturer. It is important that you have strong communication, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
