Recognised as one of the leading agencies, this design, events and communications agency offer a list of services in house including creative and production! By being so well established in the market, they have developed long lasting relationships with a range of fantastic clients.
Now due to recent business wins, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. You will be joining a world class event agency, and become a key part within the events team, delivering a host of high quality healthcare events ranging from product launches, stand alones, advisory boards and congresses throughout the globe.
Within this role you will join a talented team and support on various events across the UK and overseas, ensuring exceptional standards time and time again.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Event Managers
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Liaising with hotels
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Managing event enquiries
- Budget management
- Admisntration duties
- On site support
The ideal candidate needs to hold experience of working within the events industry in a supportive capacity; any experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous but is not essential. Educated to a degree level would be highly desirable as is being computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
