Due to their ongoing success they are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. Working across the production, creative and account management teams, no two days will ever be the same - but general responsibilities include;
Supporting Project Managers and Producers, working across multiple projects
Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
Assisting in proposal generation
Booking travel and accommodation
The ideal candidate will have experience within an agency and have a proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of liaising with teams including creative and production would be ideal but most of all, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about events!
