Due to on-going success, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to come on board! Offering fantastic career progression, you will have the opportunity to work across various accounts and support in the development of engaging events!

THE ROLE

As Project Coordinator, your role will be hands on in supporting Senior Project Managers across the board! Working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be highly organised and assist the team in delivering highly creative events!

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Client liaison
Assisting with client briefs
Venue sourcing
Delegate management
Supplier liaison
Site visits
Assisting on-site
Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in supporting a busy events team, preferably in an agency environment. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and support on multiple projects at any one time. Candidates must be confident client facing and have meticulous attention to detail!
