RMG16096 - We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join an event and exhibition agency based in Buckinghamshire.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success, this agency are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team and support the Project Managers and Account Managers on the planning an delivery of events and exhibitions.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Supporting the Project Manager and Account Manager

• Working on the planning and delivery of global exhibitions and events

• Liaising directly with suppliers including sourcing new suppliers

• Producing quotes for projects

• Placing orders

• Managing project schedules and timelines

• Booking travel, logistics and accommodations

• Supporting on the project delivery

• Supporting on-site at events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Coordinator role we are looking for candidates that come from an events, exhibitions, experiential or production background. It is important that you are motivated, confident and highly professional individual capable of working on your own initiative and within the team .
