Working in a team of Producers and Project Managers this role is broad and covers almost every aspect of event creative and delivery from the moment the brief arrives through to watching it all come together on site including.

* Pre-production planning
* Contribute to creative meetings
* Co-ordinate internal departments (creative, deign, events)
* Client liaison
* Engaging with external suppliers
* Attending creative meetings
* Sourcing, researching and liaising with suppliers - design and print, entertainment, caterers, venues etc.
* Coordinating internal departments (creative, deign, events)
* Delegate management - managing registration tool, providing logistical support to guests
* Venue searching - hotels, restaurants
* Admin - POs, organising invoicing with finance team
* On site logistical support and management

The ideal candidate should have experience working within a creative environment working across a wide range of projects, combined with great communication skills and the drive and ambition.
