THE ROLE

With their continued success and strong client base, there is now an opportunity for an Event Executive to join their close-knit team where you will be given the opportunity to support on the delivery of events from initial concept through to onsite delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Account and Project Managers
Dealing with logistics including booking travel and accommodation
Supporting with proposals
Venue finding and attending FAM trips
Supplier and client liaison
Delegate registration (using CRM systems)
Administration duties including database management
Budget management
On-site delivery and assistance

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates who have strong logistics experience, including booking travel and accommodation along with liaising with suppliers and clients. Venue finding or delegate registration experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the role.

Candidates must have strong excel / PowerPoint skills and be comfortable with database management. We will also consider graduates who have undertaken a placement year within an events environment.

More importantly, we are looking for candidates who have the desire, strong work ethic and passion to forge a successful career within a leading events agency.
