PROJECT EXECUTIVE – Events & Brand Experiences
LONDON BASED – office based role
£30,000 – £36,000

- Work 6+ hours on a weekend = full day back
- Work both Saturday & Sunday = 2.5 days back

The Role:
Due to continued growth, the agency is now seeking an enthusiastic Project Executive to join their team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of events and brand activations — helping transform creative concepts into seamless, high-quality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of live and digital events, ensuring smooth communication across internal and external teams.
• Support client communication and relationship management to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production departments to align project outputs with client objectives.
• Help manage budgets, timelines, and documentation using agency systems and tools.
• Assist with on-site event delivery, including build, setup, and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to client proposals, presentations, and new business pitches.
• Maintain project records and assets to ensure efficient workflows and accurate reporting.
The Candidate:
You’ll bring a proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for the events industry. Some prior experience in event delivery or project coordination (ideally within a creative or production agency) is required.In order to be a successful candidate, you will need experience in to managing multiple projects at once.You will need to have experience of working with clients or have customer service experience.
